Refund policy

If you're not satisfied with your first order, contact us within 30 days and we’ll refund the purchase price, minus shipping. We do provide refunds for purchases made with a discount code.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue credit for unused products for safety and quality reasons. If you have received a damaged product or believe your order is incorrect, please let us know within 14 days of the date of purchase so we can make it right. Email us at customercare@field-theory.com.
