What are polyphenols and why do they matter?
Polyphenols are plant compounds found in berries, tea, nuts, and spices. Research associates higher intake with support for cardiovascular function and cognitive health. Field Theory provides 1,005mg per serving from aronia berries, wild blueberries, matcha, leafy greens, turmeric, and black pepper.
What does "complete protein" mean?
A complete protein contains all nine essential amino acids the body cannot make on its own. Field Theory's 26g comes from three complementary plant sources: organic yellow pea, brown rice, and pumpkin seed. Protein is separated from the yellow pea and rice bran without chemical or alcohol processing agents.
Why does fiber source matter?
Different fibers feed different gut bacteria and produce different compounds when they ferment. A single isolated fiber reaches a narrow range of them. Field Theory includes six whole food fiber sources, flax, chia, acacia, guar, pumpkin, and greens, spanning soluble, insoluble, and prebiotic types.
What are omega-3 fatty acids and why do they matter?
